    Jengolf, I envy your windows in your workout room. I workout in our basement. I have a space of about 10x10 , then another small area near my washer and dryer for my bike on its trainer.I think windows would just brighten it up. Sigh, :) I shoveled a bit this morning and hope to snowshoe later.

    This morning I couldn't decide which plyo workout to do, so I did the first half of plyo#2 followed by the first half of plyo #1 then I did crossfire 1 set of the first part then the firewalker tabata. Like you, Nathalie, I followed this with the resistance band segment of stretch max.

    Mary, the ibuprofen is most likely for pain and inflammation. It's anti inflammatory drug as well as a pain killer. Not sure what to tell you about the nausea. Maybe call your doc. to see if you can cut back a bit?

    Sorry I've been MIA the past few days. We are getting another 18" or so of snow. I would like to keep the check in if any one still wants too. We can start a Feb. thread. I'm not interested in the Feb. rotation, but I may continue with Jan.'s but added a few different workouts to the mix.
