    Slow and Heavy

    I agree with Heidi. I haven't used Slow & Heavy in a while because I'm hooked on the Gym Styles right now, but I love Slow & Heavy. It is probably my favorite weight series besides the Gym Styles. And like Heidi said, it definitely makes the biceps "pop."

    ? For those of you who take a rest WEEK

    I take rest weeks, but they are not planned except for when I'm on vacation. I go through times when I just don't feel up to working out, and I figure it is because my body needs a break. I normally come back stronger after a week off.

    I recommend the CTX Series. It was my first Cathe series and I had my best results ever using those workouts.

    Those with small feet...

    I also recommend trying Ryka shoes. I wear a 5.5, but normally need a 6 in Ryka brands. I also just recently bought a new pair of New Balance 504 and had to have 6 in those also. Usually New Balance I wear smaller, but this particular shoe is way smaller than my others.

    I do only Cathe. I used to be a Firm Believer until I found Cathe. I try different instructors, but I'm really picky and can't find anyone else I like. Last week I ordered 5 new DVDs from Collage Video. This week, I'm sending them all back as I am able to find something wrong with every one of them.
