Don't want to bulk up my legs and thighs

I need advice on what DVD's you would recommend that won't make my thighs or legs bigger. I am short and most of my weight is in this area so I really don't want to bulk up. I know most of her stuff is on the step along with kickboxing. I would love any input on how to workout without overdeveloping this area.
 
I can't tell you how to workout, but I can recommend some dvds. Both PLB and PS legs and abs gave my legs great definition. I just did the PS series legs and abs and went heavy on the weight and did not bulk up like I thought I would. I would also recommend Kick Max, the drills are with no weights and really tone!!:) Also any yoga or ballet workouts will also tone your legs really well.

kickboxing and running has helped i also don't use heavy weight on my legs anymore. i do the lighter weight/more rep method. one good dvd of cathes would be kick,punch,crunch/legs and glutes. the legs and glutes workout is all light weight no barbells and high reps. its a killer workout but worth it plus she hits all those areas we hate(inner,outer,back of the thighs) and you have the advantage of a kickboxing workout which works core and lower body to burn body fat and calories, all on one dvd plus the premixes. i just got this on dvd myself for the premixes so i can combine the best of both workouts. also kickmax has a 20 min standing leg segment with no weights. its alot of lifts but it build some outer thigh strength and it helps with kicking. also watch what you eat,great glutes and abs are made in the kitchen.

I agree with Kassia....just love that DVD. I also have really short legs but I still use heavier weights....just not every workout. I like to mix it up.

I have totally leaned out my lower body by doing power yoga. I gave up all other leg strengthening workouts and only do power yoga about 2-3 times per week. What a difference. I still do heavy upper body weights just nothing for lower except yoga. I love Bryan Kest and Baron Baptiste. That is what has worked for me.
