kickboxing and running has helped i also don't use heavy weight on my legs anymore. i do the lighter weight/more rep method. one good dvd of cathes would be kick,punch,crunch/legs and glutes. the legs and glutes workout is all light weight no barbells and high reps. its a killer workout but worth it plus she hits all those areas we hate(inner,outer,back of the thighs) and you have the advantage of a kickboxing workout which works core and lower body to burn body fat and calories, all on one dvd plus the premixes. i just got this on dvd myself for the premixes so i can combine the best of both workouts. also kickmax has a 20 min standing leg segment with no weights. its alot of lifts but it build some outer thigh strength and it helps with kicking. also watch what you eat,great glutes and abs are made in the kitchen.
