I totally agree! Cathe is just way better!:D I did P90X yrs ago & honestly after buying STS, there is no comparison IMO. Cathe put so much MORE into her program. When anyone asks me about P90X I tell them there is something so much better & send then to cathe.com

You really need a spin bike to do this workout correctly and to get the full benefit and feel of Cycle Max. You can always modify any workout, but the workout will not be the same as if you did it on a spin bike. So what you're saying is, we really need a spin bike? ;)

Thanks so much Laina! I was fitted for my bike when I bought it so I'm good there. I did change my pre-ride fueling this morning & felt better about it. I rode 1/2 mile shy of my race distance & was happy with my time. I will definitely checkout the sites you mentioned. Thanks again! :D
