Hi -
I was having this same problem, which I did not experience with the old Forum. What Cathe's Administrator recommended to me and it works is go into your Properties (right click on main screen, scroll to Properties).
Once there go to Settings and make sure your pixel image is at...
Will this be fixed??
Justs wondering if the problem with the forum text fitting within the computer screen will be fixed? It is so difficult to read Threads now, scrolling back and forth.
Thanks
I found something that helps with text size!
Since it was/is driving me crazy having to continually scoll back and forth, I did find something that helps until we get an answer on how to fix it permanently
When you are in a Thread, if you click on Thread Tools and select printable version...
Too Much!
I'm glad I'm not the only one overwhelmed! Too much for me!
I did purchase STS, but I don't want my workout to become a part-time job or take on a life of its own! All this 1 Rep Max appears to really be turning people off.
I just want to do my workout and be done with it.

I am having this same issue also! I really haven't wanted to come on and check the Forums since it is such a pain to scroll back and forth to read a message.
Hopefully, this can be resolved.
Hello -
I got onto the new Forum yesterday, not sure I like it. I hate change!!
One frustrating thing is, when I am reading thread on the Forum now, I have to scroll back and forth from left to right to read the entire message.
How do I re-set this so I can just read the Forum message...
This sounds great!!! I have been really wanting to get a pullup bar, my my SO would not let me put one up in a doorway. All during my P90X rotations, I have been using the bands, but feeling like I was missing out. I will be first in line to purchase this. Will it be for sale in time for STS?
I hate to be a naysayer...but I am not thrilled about the 4 Day Split DVD's.
This is the first Cathe DVD (and I have almost all), that I am really not pleased with at all. I was hoping when I heard it was "heavy weight" training, it was going to be more along the lines of Gym Style. I have...
Hello All Fellow Xer's!!
Day 9/Ph I/Kenpo X
I did Chest/Shoulder/Tri's yesterday by mistake! I thought I was on for that yesterday, but it was actually Chest/BackX again.
Anyway, I LOVE Chest/Shoulder/Tri's! I really feel it today. I listened to all of you and pushed myself on the...
Hi Debbie -
I just saw this rotation. It looks awesome!! Figures...I just started my first P90X, so this will have to wait.
I got my best results ever with your One Body Part Per Day rotation (the really really hard one!). Whenever I see my muscle definition starting to go, I always go...

Day 5/Phase I/Legs & Back/AbRipperX
Hello All -
I have a confession to make...
Last night was Yoga X. I wasn't looking forward to it, since I know it's 90 minutes long... Well, everyone in work was going on and on about Sunday's Sopranos which I had not seen yet. I gave...

Day 4/Ph 1/Yoga X tonight
Hi All -
Shoulders and Arms last night. I really liked it; the hour flew by. I thought I would be feeling DOMS today, but I'm not. I think that's due to Cathe! I feel like I will be weight training less w/P90X than I am used to doing...
As I’ve gotten older diet has become more and more important to my body composition and overall health. I’ve said this numerous times, but if I eat the same number of calories in good food I don’t gain weight, whereas if I eat junk I will. I think that eating has to be a way of life and at some...
Phase 1/Day 3/Classic & Lean Combo/Shoulders and Arms, AbRipper X
Thank you all for such a warm welcome!! I was so hesitant to post (lurking here many years), but now I am so glad I did to feel a part of the Xers!
The workouts have been going great. Since I've been weight training with...
I FINALLY started P90X yesterday! I have had it for over a year and just kept on looking at it and saying ..."next Sunday, I will start".
Keeping a solid commitment for 90 days will be tough. I kept putting it off because I am a perfectionist and have to do everything perfect or I'm not...
Yes, I have this DVD. I really like it; it's not as long as the P90X stretch, which at an hour, is more time than I can spare.
He does nice, effective, easy stretches. As a matter of fact, I just did it last night before bed, and I felt great.
