    Thanks so much for all the suggestions! I'm not sure how to make up a rotation that uses mostly full body workouts. Because they say not to workout the same body part with weights 2 days in a row. Anyone know of any rotations??

    How many mets for INSANITY workouts..

    In the "workout manager" they intensity of the workouts are measured in "mets". Fpr example it gives HiiT Pyramid workout 10 mets, Rythmic Step 7 mets, MMA Boxing is 7.5 mets. So I'm just wondering how many "mets" I should give the INSANITY workouts.
