    I would have to agree about Yoga Max; I was expecting a bit more from it perhaps? I do think Cathe is an excellent Yoga instructor; I did not have to look at the t.v. to figure out what was going on, clear and concise. I hope she does more.

    Perhaps you could just repeat an exercise already in the program that doesn't doesn't bother your back? You can do anything really, just go all out! Maybe some wide lateral skates? Regular jumping jacks? Running with high knees? Fast feet shuffle? Just some ideas....hopefully someone...

    I second Cardio & Weights and Low Impact Circut! I love CTX and 4 Day Split (great for time concerns) but I found C&W and LIC easier to follow along at first.
