Hi,
Sorry everyone.I brought the HIIT high interval training dvd with 40/20,30/30 and pyramid on it.As some know i have struggled with my back since but don't want to toss it to the wayside and wondered if anyone could offer low impact but still high intensity to the exercises i particularly struggle with.I'll list them if its easier.
40/20
Jump forward side ,turn,tuck,jump.
butt kicks on step.
30/30
power turn squat lunges
plyo jacks,
tuck jumps.
pyramid.
plie jack
tuck jump,
1/4 turn jumps
3 forward,jump turn
i don't want to get rid of it just need it modifying for a while,please can you help,am not that experienced so unsure what to swap it for.

Perhaps you could just repeat an exercise already in the program that doesn't doesn't bother your back? You can do anything really, just go all out! Maybe some wide lateral skates? Regular jumping jacks? Running with high knees? Fast feet shuffle?

Just some ideas....hopefully someone can help you more!!
