Another PLEASE for pre-mixes! I often need a shorter workout (30-40 min) for time crunched mornings.

Those against a modifier in high impact workouts, what's the downside?

I am the same. It is helpful for me to have a modifier give me an idea on how to modify a move and still get a good workout. I think it helps a workout appeal to a larger group of customers. I ordered but I know from the comments of those that didn't, it was mostly because of the...

Anyone have/used a Lemond Revmaster Pro or G-Force?

Thanks. I am hoping the Pro is even better. I haven't seen one yet but the stores should have them in soon. The Lemond I have used at the gym seemed to be built like a tank! I think I might get a gel seat to supplement my already more than substantial padding.

Anyone have/used a Lemond Revmaster Pro or G-Force?

Dh mentioned he would like an indoor cycle to cross train with his running (marathon runner)so I am looking at getting him one for his birthday (December). And of course I want to be able to use it too so it needs to be adjustable for me (a shorty). I want to buy locally so I can try it first...

    Actitrainer, bodybugg or ????

Ramona - thanks so much! I am thrilled to know that I can wear the "display" somewhere other than my wrist!!! I know it isn't going to be 100% accurate but at least I will have a ball park idea and hoping that it will challenge me to burn more calories. I still wish there were some...

    Actitrainer, bodybugg or ????

Ramona - by display do you mean the "watch"? I haven't seen that but was thinking about that too so I can see how I am doing throughout the day. I am really hoping this would motivate me to add some extra activity here and there. thanks.

    Actitrainer, bodybugg or ????

Does anyone have either the Actitrainer, Bodybugg or other tool that tracks calories burned throughout the day??? The gym has a deal on the bodybuggs so I need to decide soon if I want that. It is the old model since a new (probably smaller) version is coming out in a couple of months. I...

    STS Timesaver Option?

Will you have a timesaver option for the STS workouts for those that don't have over an hour to do the workout or for those where that would be too much to start with? I preordered but with the details I am reading about how long these are, I am really questioning if this is a realistic...

    Mediflow Pillows???

I did a search and noticed some people had bought the Mediflow Pillow a while ago. I continue to have neck issues that also have a corresponding headache. I have tried tons of pillows and some work for a short while but then the issue returns. Some (memory foam for one) are so hard that the...

    Zen Stone Plus owners??

I currently have an ipod Nano (2nd gen) but looking at the Creative Zen Stone Plus (or Plus with speakers) for the gym/outdoor walks. I like that it has a radio too. But all my music, itrains etc are in itunes and playlists. Can I put these on a Zen Stone? More importantly, can a...

    1RM question

Thanks for the response. Will you have a list of all the exercises that need a 1RM?

    1RM question

I couldn't find this asked yet. Do you do a 1RM for each exercise/body part? My weights vary with different body parts and even sometimes depending on the exercise. If I do a 1RM with a bicep curl that would be too much weight for me for some other exercises. How often should you repeat...

Quick Question for those with Kettlebells

Everyone is different but I started with 9-10#s too and can't imagine going from that to 20#s for some of the moves esp the TGU! I would think that 15-18#s is a good next step unless 10#s is really light for those TGUs, windmills, etc... It would depend on if you want to move up 15 and then...
