Zen Stone Plus owners??

I currently have an ipod Nano (2nd gen) but looking at the Creative Zen Stone Plus (or Plus with speakers) for the gym/outdoor walks. I like that it has a radio too. But all my music, itrains etc are in itunes and playlists. Can I put these on a Zen Stone? More importantly, can a technically challenged person do this and without messing up things with the Nano too? Thanks.

I have one, but I'm a techno idiot too & don't really understand most of what you're asking. :+ That said, I believe you can transfer all that stuff onto the Zen Plus. It's an easy click & drag.
