1RM question

I couldn't find this asked yet.

Do you do a 1RM for each exercise/body part? My weights vary with different body parts and even sometimes depending on the exercise. If I do a 1RM with a bicep curl that would be too much weight for me for some other exercises.

How often should you repeat the 1RM test?

There are a few exceptions , but generally you need to do a 1RM test for every exercise that involves weights.
