    Spinnig Shoes in Cycle Videos

    My bike has toe/shoe cages, so I don't wear special spinning shoes. Just my regular tennis shoes work for me. I do find that I need bike shorts. Anything with extra material on it rub on my leg area and hurts. I also wear clothes that wick sweat. There is LOTS of sweat with spinning :eek:

    My workout room is getting ridiculously crowded

    We no longer have a coffee table in the family room. I got tired of moving it out of the way. And my couch stays on moving men sliders so that I can move it easily at all times :D
