    I really think it depends on the type of workout you do... If you are doing HIIT workouts for 30 minutes, you are burning just as many calories as doing a steady-state, hour-long workout, as long as you give it your all, because you are getting that after-burn effect. Same as when you do...

    why are my hands hurting with weights

    My hands used to ALWAYS hurt me when doing flies and chest presses. I think I was gripping the weights so hard because I was so afraid of dropping them in that vulnerable position... When I loosened my grip a bit, I noticed that they didn't hurt anymore...
