    I like both shows. I can relate more now to Whitney since my kids are grown and I'm single, but Up All Night certainly brings back memories that I can relate to. Christina Applegate is so funny.     Alicia, I am right there with you. I also think it's the lunges. I have the same pain but not debilitating. I can just feel it when I sit for awhile and get back up. I'm loving it!

    I also agree that the discs are worth getting. They enable you to do a lot more because of the sturdiness and size in my opinion.

    I did Low Impact Challenge and agree with the previous posters that it is loads of fun! But it's challenging to learn, for sure. I will have it down after a time or two doing it again. Such fun new moves. I LOVE the hip hop L step!
