If you just do 2 sets if each exercise in burn sets you can actually do your whole upper body in 45 minutes. Xtrain legs weights only is 36 minutes. Xtrain cardio legs cardio only is about 36 minutes and the weights only is about 36 minutes too.
Check out premixes and go from there. :)
Check out the book which has the plan laid out (with some different exercises ... For example the DVDs do not use a pull up bar ... Just dumbbells and a mat). If you are not into compound exercises you may not care for it.
I have been using BiPro protein shake mix. It is whey and unflavored. I like it alot since I am not locked into a flavor. It is a very simple, gluten free option. Chris Freytag often promotes it.

I wish that when you look at a rotation you could look at the entire rotation instead of just the first week and then thumbing through the calendar.
Sorry. Hit enter too soon. After three weeks you might rest or try a different rotation for a few weeks. Or keep going for a few more if you are enjoying them.
