Hi,
Looking for assistance.
If you only had 4 days to work out, about 45 minutes each day, what routine /workouts would you do? I have almost all of Cathe workouts, a treadmill, for cardio etc.
I am stumped on the amount or type of weight workouts to do, and how to fit in cardio.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
