4 Day Rotation

Hi,

Looking for assistance.

If you only had 4 days to work out, about 45 minutes each day, what routine /workouts would you do? I have almost all of Cathe workouts, a treadmill, for cardio etc.

I am stumped on the amount or type of weight workouts to do, and how to fit in cardio. :(

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
 
There are a lot of options. You could do warm up/one or two combos from any step video, then tack on a weight segment (example: Do warm up and first two combos from Step Blast, then add Burn Sets Chest section). Or play with premixes---the cardio PM on Hard Strikes is about 30 minutes, then you could tack on the shoulders segment from 4DS (omit the warmup from that one).

A couple times a week, you could do a Hiit workout and then add a different strength segment from any of Cathe's workouts.
 
Thanks for the ideas! I need to sit down and plan this out when I had 6 days it was easier, 3 weight workouts and 3 cardio. i want to see if I can figure out something with the new workouts.
 
If you just do 2 sets if each exercise in burn sets you can actually do your whole upper body in 45 minutes. Xtrain legs weights only is 36 minutes. Xtrain cardio legs cardio only is about 36 minutes and the weights only is about 36 minutes too.

Check out premixes and go from there. :)
