    It could be simple tendinitis that is helped with a bit of rest and some ice to help with the swelling of the tendon. It could also be the labrum, which typically hurts with clicking. Did it occur with an injury?

    Yes because the entire vegetable (most of the time) is thrown into the Vitamix.

    Truthfully, I love my Vitamix Blender for making green smoothies with whole vegetables. QVC has great deals on them. From what I've researched, you lose a lot of the fiber from veggies with a juicer because a lot of the skin is held out.

    Thanks for the input. I'll make sure I'm hydrated and blood sugar is ok (diabetes runs on both sides of my immediate family)

    Is it really a bad thing when 10 minutes after a workout I'm light headed? After my workout this morning, I got light headed in the shower. Wondering if it is over exertion or nutrition related. Any input?

    I highly recommend Thera-Band loops. You can google Thera-Band loops and several sites pop up. I've had a couple for over 2 years now and they aren't showing wear.

    Too hot to workout

    I just got back from my first trip to Las Vegas 2 weeks ago! It was hot, but I loved the lack of humidity! I live in South Louisiana where it's hot and humid! I know how you feel about not feeling like working out due to it being hot.

    A week off may be what you need. It's not only physical break, but a mental break as well. Spend the weekend planning out next week and stick to the plan. PS You'll always be their mom. :) New phases in life can be stressful at first. Take it a day at a time.
