    Thanks Kathryn..... I'm planning on Purchasing a weighted vest cause its somewhat hard for me to lift a 50 pound barbell over my head after the 2nd set of squats when doing Slow and Heavy for legs, the 50 pounds doesnt seem enough!! I feel like I can go heavier. Thanks!!!

    Thanks!!! Thanks!!! I notice also when I'm sick or go on vacation and dont exercise I lose weight but when I eat and exercise I dont lose weight at all. Just wondering whats going on here. My measurements are about the same when I was 120 except a bit snug in the butt and thighs.

    thanks!! All of you great advice!!! I see what your saying so keep switching routines for your body to have great results? so now I'm at 4 days cardio and 2-3 days weights, then after 8 weeks maybe 3 days of cardio and 3 days weights,then the next 8 weeks up my cardio to 5 days and 2 day...

    I Read cardio is overrated.....

    ..... so how many days and how much do I need? I suppose it depends on also how active you are,if you have sit down job you made need more. Also.... Ive been alternating days instead of doing weights and cardio on the same day,Does this give better results? or it really doesnt matter? TY!

    Hi Just did Legs Slow and Heavy off of Fit tv and didnt seem like enough.....,like parts were missing,she even missed doing Lunges on the other leg . Can someone tell me on the Slow and Heavy Dvd what exercises does she do in the leg section? TY!
