Okay, in honor of Breckie. I got up did Lauren KB workout. At 4 p.m., did CC3 on the elliptical and this is what I ate today so far:
6 a.m. Protein shake
9 a.m. Oatmeal with walnuts
Noon - cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and tuna...
