    I did Circuit Blast today and burned about the same. 385 cals I believe. I also used my Polar F4.

    It's actually fairly accurate as well. I've gauged it against my HRM. For me, the cardio workouts are usually within a few calories, but the strength workouts (for me) are always way over. Depends I guess... but you can also change the MET value to change the intensity of the workout.

    Interval workouts. Real high intensity but preferrably lower impacts. I'm 42 with a tweaky knee; I can only do so many air jacks and high jump knee tucks

    Yes. Thanks... that does help. I am doing gymstyles this week (I had hoped it would build some muscle). I don't think I have Pure Strength... Can I still achieve hypertrophy by doing total body workouts? (versus split routines) I was gonna try Power Hour, and MIS next week, and maybe Muscle...

    Any Oxygen subscribers out there?

    I absolutely LOVE M&F HERS! They have great workouts, eating plans, etc. I find it more interesting than Oxygen. I think I'm actually gonna just let my Oxygen subscription expire and keep getting M&F. Also, Oxygen is always pushing Tosca Reno stuff. I like Tosca, but she is getting kind of TIRED.
