    Working my way through my DVD collection...

    I have all of Cathe's workouts and at least a couple of hundred other dvd workouts. Several of them I have not done yet either. I also enjoy working my way through them. I I like to make up a new rotaion every week. I incorporate Cathe's workouts and usually one or two other dvds. Lots of FUN!

    I also have both of the Peak 10 workouts. Michelle is great. I have done her workouts in the past. Some of the footwork is extremely complicated in her older stuff. But, I really LOVE the Pek 10 workouts!

    If you don't already have them, I would recommend buying future workouts via digital download. That way you have the option of making your own premixes in the workout blender. It is also a lot cheaper than buying the dvds

    I really wouldn't say that HiiT or Cardio Core circuit is easy. You must be in GREAT shape. good for you!

    Yup. INSANITY is hard core cardio... I did INSANITY and P90X. I found that the INSANITY was a little hard for me to do on a daily basis; especially for the entire duration of the program. I ended up doing a hybrid. P90X with INSANITY cardio mixed in.

    I like Travel Fit for what it is... a good "travel" workout. I mean, if I'm on vacation I'm not sure I need to do something like STS or Gymstyles. Also, like the other posters mentioned, you can UP the intensity with a stronger band.

    All the crunches in the world won't help if your abs are hidden under flab. Watch your diet and do more cardio.
