    Starting undulating rotation tomorrow...

    I started the undulating rotation too (of course, with my sister - jsutera) - and only on day two, I LOVE IT! I did meso 2 legs (#17) and I can BARELY MOVE tonight. The DOMS are amazing (haha, any normal person would call any of us crazy for wanting DOMS!)!!

    I agree with doing them without weights first, or very light weights. I could barely do them at the beginning (I'm 5'3 as well), but each time you do them, it does get a little easier. Try putting the other leg (that's in the air) crossed over the ankle of the other...it helped me for balance at...

    Do you really have to do an active rest week?

    I was worried about the rest weeks too, but I also find I welcome them! I end up just doing cardio all week and no weights, and when I am starting up the next round of STS, I feel refreshed and ready to go!
