    Plyo legs is definitely challening, but I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the strength gains from the other mesos that really help with the plyos! :)

    Seriously! I was just thinking that - I am lifting super heavy weights that I never thought was possible and I love how much more solid I feel all around. And, to think, it's just going to get better and better! woohoo!

    Wow, those are impressive results!! Nice job!! This is definitely the MOST successful Cathe series yet, in terms of results, IMHO! I recommend it to everyone I talk to, too. They all get scared ;)

    Yikes - that's quite a lot! I ran today and let me tell ya, my legs are SORE!! Every muscle, everything, screaming. LOVE IT!

    Holy plyo legs!! I was blown away, literally (out of breath!) with this one. I was skeered to try it and now I know why ;-) Super intense and fast paced and a nice switch up. Loved it...let's hope I can run tomorrow morning without major DOMS!!

    agree! I did the first meso 3 workout today too, and am FEELING IT in my back tonight! In a good way...I really like the push/pull method too and like how each meso is completely different. Scared to death of plyo legs on Tuesday though! eek!
