I'm dying to know what it feels like to be "done" and what your end results have been...please share!!!:D:D

almost there

I'm in my last week of M3. I don't own a scale and didn't take measurements. I also didn't count calories but I cleaned up my eating -- tried to eat more fruits and veggies, and cut back on afternoon snacking and alcohol, but nothing drastic. When I started STS, I wore a size 14, and the pants and shorts I bought this weekend are a size 8. I also used to wear t-shirts in a L and my news ones are a S. I can see muscles all up and down my arms and shoulders (still have some fat to lose though), and feel much stronger and more fit.

My plan is to take a few days off after M3, then do Cathe's December 08 rotation (shorter workouts, a mix of cardio, upper and lower splits, and circuits) and then repeat STS but on the 6 month rotation.

I can't wait to hear results from everyone else!

WOW!! Good job!

nice! are you following Cathe's cardio rotations for STS or your own (if so what?)

Wow!

Thanks for all the kind words! I had to condense M1 and M2 because of travel, so I crammed each one into 3.5 weeks. Because of that, I didn't follow Cathe's rotation exactly, but I got in at least 2 cardios per week (and usually 3) and 2-3 ab workouts. For M3, I followed Cathe's rotation, but occasionally swapped out different cardio workouts.

I can't wait to try this again in the 6 month rotation!

Wow, Melclear! Congratulations!:D You must be so proud of your accomplishments!

ETA: Did you use the squat rack or plyo legs, or a combo of both?

I just finished week 3 and have week 4 next week. I can't believe how fast STS flew by!! I didn't measure either, now wish I did, but I have always been a size 8, always, always, no matter what, and now I'm a 6, for the most part in many pants. All of the pants I have are now too loose! Good problem to have I guess! I notice a lot more definition in my arms, legs, and abs, too, and my face looks thinnner. I haven't weighed myself, but will probably bite the bullet and do that soon too ;-)

I am planning to do six-month rotation next as well. Can't wait :)

My DH and I are on the same week as Jolene. We will have one more week and then we are done with the exception of the active recovery week. Both of us have had spectacular results: loss of inches and pounds, muscle definition and overall better health. I have lost nearly 15 lbs and DH has lost nearly 20 lbs. We followed Cathe's 3.5 month rotation with her cardio suggestions and followed it to a T. We cleaned up our eating habits as well. I have been recommending this series to all who will listen. We will probably continue with another STS rotation following an active recovery. WE haven't decided whether to go 3.5 or 6.5 yet.

Plyo only -- no squat rack for me. I just ordered the Tower, so I can't really justify the expense. And since I'm so short and tend to be bulky, I thought the plyo would probably work better for me anyway. Plus, it's like an extra cardio day!

And I'm so glad to hear everyone else's awesome results! Congratulations everyone and awesome job, Cathe!

Wow, those are impressive results!! Nice job!! This is definitely the MOST successful Cathe series yet, in terms of results, IMHO! I recommend it to everyone I talk to, too. They all get scared ;)

Wow Melissa, great job!!

Thanks Guys!

 Isn't it great to be able to spread the word about a program which not only helps you body wise but gives you a sense of accomplishment and pride too?! I haven't felt this good about my bod in a VERY long time. I may not be Miss America but I feel great! Thanks!

Very well said!!

And I think Cathe should be so proud of herself-STS is the ultimate w/o series IMO!!

Congrats on your accomplishments! I also wished that I did measurement on my arms and legs because I definitely have greater muscle definition. I'm up to M3 Wk2 and I can't believe the weights that I'm using. Before STS I would have never pick these heavy weights. I can't wait to start STS all over again.

Wow - that's amazing!! I haven't had those kind of results, but my cardio efforts have been pretty week lately. I'm just exhausted lately. I'm on week two of meso 3, and I can definitely see definition and silhouette changes, as well as definite strength gains. I've got the next one and a half weeks to try to really get something going. Then, right when I'm supposed to start week 4, I am having surgery, and then I can't work out aggressive for two weeks. So, I'll lose week four - that will be a resting week with maybe some mild activity. The next week I can increase a little bit. I then plan to do some "random" Cathe stuff, as I'm able for the rest of May (I may have to travel in early June). Then, when I get back, I'm going to start STS again. Can't wait - I love this series!

Seriously! I was just thinking that - I am lifting super heavy weights that I never thought was possible and I love how much more solid I feel all around. And, to think, it's just going to get better and better! woohoo!
