    Cathe, I’m in awe that you could still do high impact with a bad knee like that. Both my knees are bad, and I can’t jump like you, or I’d cripple myself. I make do with steroid injections once in a while. You sound great, and I wish you a speedy and full recovery You are amazing!

    New Workouts!!!!

    Yes, Squats, and especially lunges help my knees. Sometimes, if I have a flare up, I can only do shallow moves, but otherwise they are very functional and strength enhancing, even using body weight.
