How much do you have to spend? Do you have a road bike? If you can afford it then I'd go with a road bike/indoor trainer--that way you can ride outside in nice weather and then inside on the same bike in winter. Otherwise I'd go for the spin bike.
I was thinking about doing this for my next rotation. I like the idea of doing either Muscle Max or STS full body two days a week. Insanity is really hard on my knees though. I say go for it! :D

I was worried about this too, but I've done two classes and haven't had one hot flash during class. It is very challenging but you feel amazing afterwards!! Love it!:D
