I just got Cathe's new DVD's today and was wondering if anyone has created a rotation using the STS total body workout and Insanity? I really like Insanity and was getting some good results (mainly abs) but felt weird not doing any weight training. I finished the first month and then my schedule got screwed up so I never started month 2. I don't know if there are more strength building type exercises in the last 30 days but I miss that and have definitely lost some muscle. Any thoughts?
Also, I just previewed month 2 of Insanity and want to try it. However, since I've taken a FULL week off without working out AT ALL, I'm wondering if I should start it completely over. :-(
