Do the exercises with a weight that you can do.
Do what you can.
As you get stronger - do more.
I've never met a Cathe I didn't like...

I'm scheduled to get my DVD's today.
I can't wait to be reading the manual and making specific plans.
I don't have all the cardio listed on Cathe's rotation plan, but, I have plenty of them and will definitely be doing at least 45 minutes of cardio and abs 3x/wk...
Well...today came and went....still no STS DVD's.....but Monday is my scheduled delivery.
I am starting on Feb 8th with cardio....regardless of whether I have my STS DVD's or not.
While catchup isn't all that fun....sometimes it is necessary.
I have an entire week to get ready.....and...
Obviously any heavy weight bearing standing exercise can not be done in a prone position.
I was referring to any of the upright leg movements requiring only gravity as the resistance.
Any of those types of exercises can be done in a prone position.

I don't have my workouts yet, so I can't be exact about this...but from the U-Tube clips that I've been watching frequently since they were posted....there is a lot of variety for leg work...
Anything that Cathe does standing....you can do on the floor if you have back issues.

I just called UPS to see if they had my package yet....
Jake (he's so nice) said it was a HUGE truck and most likely my beloved STS package won't be unloaded until late this evening....

he is going to go routing through the truck as...
I'd pre-planned all my rotations for 2009 back in November when I thought STS would be here in December.
I have a team on SP that is following the workout schedule for those pre-established dates.
I'm just so GRATEFUL that my STS will be here for the start of 2009 Challenge #2. Feb 8th...

I won't get mine until Feb 2....Still planning on starting Feb 8 with Cardio and then using Disc #1 on Monday Feb 9th.

The great thing about waiting for anything (presale) from Cathe/SNM is that when it arrives - it is ALWAYS better than paid for or expected.......

But, Come Feb 8th...I'm starting off my Mesocycle #1 with cardio...
Monday February 9th will be Disc #1 for me.
