I can't begin STS right away (leaving the sub-zero temperatures here in MN for a cruise this Thursday!!!!) but as soon as I get back, I plan on starting STS and I plan on posting about all the gritty little details in the Blogs section of Cathe's website.

I am really looking forward to reading others' thoughts and experiences while doing STS (including Cathe's!!!)

I plan on starting with Disc #1 on Monday February 9th, 2009.

That's surely enough time for them to get here and me to read the first part of the instruction manual.

I took pictures January 1, 2009. After each mesocycle I'm going to take pictures to see progress or not. Because of knee issues, there might not be much lower body improvement since I can't do heavy weights or any impact. Right now maybe 10 - 15 lbs is my heaviest without my knees hurting.

I'm hoping to start Feb 2nd or 3rd.
