    I've had mine from wal-mart (same one mentioned above) for almost three years. I like it. I was worried at first (cheap = waste of $$) but I have been pleased with my investment.

    I saw BC because I love it and ME. But if you want pure cardio and cardio only, go for Cardio Kicks. Of course, eventually you'll want (and have to have) both. :7

    Lynn, did you do cardio too? Or just weight training only? I'm looking to lose some pounds but it is hard to get the motivation to do cardio these days. I've toyed with a strength only rotation but wasn't sure if that would be beneficial in triming up a bit. Thanks for any input. :-)
