Which DVD Next?

Hello All

I'm deciding on my next purchase. I love the kick boxing dvds, but I'm undecided between Bootcamp & Cardio Kicks. I've looked at both DVDs and they both look good. Even though Cardio Kicks is a little older. Could anybody advise me? I have kickmax and KPC.

Hi Laura,

Bootcamp is a Circuit Workout and comes with Muscle Endurance. Both great workouts with great premixes.

Cardio Kicks is a fun cardio floor routine with some great drills at the end (not as high impact on the drills as KM) and this DVD comes with Circuit Max (circuit workout), which I like the cardio portions and overall like this workout.

Do you have any circuits or weight videos? If not, I'd start with BC/ME.

BTW, I started one at a time and ended up with all of them. You'll love them all.

Yes I have alot of Cathe's DVDs. I just wasn't sure which DVD to add to my collection. I've watched the clips for both DVDs and I will add both at some stage, but I wasn't sure which to add next. But I think it will be BC. Thanks for responding.

Good Choice but DO get Cardio Kicks later one. I just did this one again this week and it is a nice cardio workout.

I love Cardio Kicks, the men in the video are nice to look at:7 plus, for some reason I work harder during this workout.
Bootcamp is the same, the men in the video are a nice touch and its a toughie!
Get both!!
 
I saw BC because I love it and ME.

But if you want pure cardio and cardio only, go for Cardio Kicks.

Of course, eventually you'll want (and have to have) both. :7
