    RE: Are there any healthy supplements to I take CoQ10, CLA, a multi and B vitamin too. I tend to see a more immediate difference with the CoQ10.

    Thanks for responding. I'm going to try it later this weekend. It made me hot too while I was doing Amy's dvd for legs. I think it just takes a little getting used to. I'm 5'3'' but I don't remember it interfering with my lunges/squats.

    I love Teavana's loose teas and have a whole collection. I'm a huge fan of oolong teas. Garden of life has a coffee flavored oolong tea that I bought but haven't tried yet. Mighty tea is another brand of teas I enjoy. So many great teas out there. Tina

    I bought the Gofit vest which is 20 lbs and this morning I took out 8 lbs so I left it at 12lb for my leg workout. It worked great. I used it with Amy Bento but am totally looking forward to using it for cathe's butt and gutts workout. I think it will work great. I'm dreading that...

    Yeah, I guess it will pass. I don't feel "depressed" not majorly anyway just very unmotivated and uninterested really. I really think it is more of a burned out feeling and boredom. Probably stress. This too shall pass right.

    Ab help please!

    I've been having this problem too lately....maybe I should cut out the dairy somewhat. 1 yogurt and 1 cup of milk a day may be too much.
