    Cathe uses weights to bring your heart rate up...but you don't need to use weights if you don't want to, just go faster. X10 is worth the $$$ and some, there are so many options with this one. You can't lose. And there are some jumping jacks, which you can modify and make them low impact.

    X10 is a perfect 10!!!

    I did a premix that one that had step, low impact and fat burning circuit segments. Each segment lasted about 11-14 minutes and it was non-stop. Every move was fun, fast, and effective...I was a sweaty mess. This DVD will be used a lot!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah, mine is $150/month and I just can't find a reasonable way to pay for it with so many other expensive (braces, my daughter's d surgery/PT, childcare, camps, etc......). I do miss it though!!!!
