Question about X10 workout...

I don't have this workout but considering it. I've read there are toning/weight segments at the end of the cardio segments. Do all the cardio segments have a toning section after them?

If so, can someone tell me what exercises are there for each??

Step has some bicep and shoulder work with lunges off the step.
Low impact has some shoulder and tricep with push ups.
Hi/Lo and Fat burning circuit have some, but I haven't done these yet, so I cannot remember. But the weights aren't anything too heavy, it's mostly for the HR. You can probably always go lighter. It's worth it if you just want a lot of cardio with very little stopping. Perfect sweat fest!!!!
 
Cathe uses weights to bring your heart rate up...but you don't need to use weights if you don't want to, just go faster. X10 is worth the $$$ and some, there are so many options with this one. You can't lose.

And there are some jumping jacks, which you can modify and make them low impact.
