I agree! As a runner, I wore Saucony for years. Then I started running less and doing more aerobics, weights, etc. I switched to Asics Gels, and love them! My fave for years... I have unhappy knees and a joint problem in my foot... any shoe that can keep me going is well worth it!

Fusion! I haven't done them all, but of the five that I have done, Fusion is my favorite by far. It's fun, it's challenging, and it's easy to learn and hard to do. I feel like I've worked hard at the end, but there is no dread factor at all.

Spelt flour I have a friend who is allergic to wheat and bakes a lot. She uses spelt flour instead. It's available in the healthy section of grocery stores. Good luck!

Not recommending a specific shoe, but overall I like the Asics Gel brand. I have many pairs and have found they work well for me. They tend to run very small (I order up a whole size!). I buy at Zappos.com -- love the reviews, ability to view the shoes, search capabilities... Good luck!
