    Glad you all like them. They are from a great raw food website I frequent. My favorite by far is my own invention called the RED SMOOTHIE: 1 frozen banana juiced carrots ( about 10-15) 2 juiced beets cinnamon ice and a bit of agave. Blend in the blender and you have a RED Smoothie Heaven.

    Back from the ICU. Dad defiently had a heart attack the cardiologist said. His bp is now 110/60 with 8 units of blood. So right now he is good. All the tests are tomorrow. Totally exhausted. :(
