    Breakfast ideas?

    I do a breakfast sandwich with a toasted english muffin with a sliced, boiled egg. Love it! It's quick, easy to take in the car, and filling! *I boil my eggs on Sunday for the week.

    Have you tried doing a search on the articles on Cathe.com? I know there have been many articles about weight lifting and the process. If you have XTRAIN, the User Guide has great info about the weight lifting process. Hope that helps. :)

    Strength training set w/lots of premixes!

    I would buy it! I would defiitely go for something like this! I love STS, but the time commitment is where I sometimes run into problems. I love the flexibility of premixes - so many options! An "STS 2" (with timesaver premixes) would be FANTASTIC!! :D
