Crossfire (need a firewalker band) is one I use - like a pp, I use water bottles for weights and I also always bring Slide-n-Glide so I have the sliding discs with me. If you did not want to pack the discs, just bring paper plates and use those. Also, if you have them, the floor and/or barre portions of some of her leg workouts (Lower Body Blast, B&G, the new Legs) do not use equipment.
