Any suggestions for workouts I should download to take on a Europe trip this May? I do NOT want to return to Canada as cargo this vacation, ha ha. Travel fit comes to mind. Any other ideas, as low equipment as possible?

These are the ones I used when I went on a vacation because they are low impact (won't disturb anyone) and don't need to pack much equipment.

KickMax Low Impact Premix, TravelFit (band), TurboBarre (loop or use a band tied), Afterburn, Cardio Supersets, Slide & Glide. The last 3 use gliding discs/paper plates. For weights I just used bottled water and still got in a good workout.

Also the newest XTrain Low Impact Hiit Floor and Disc sections would probably work well.

Forgot to add: Yoga Max and StretchMax. And some of the ab workouts such as Ab Circuits, Ab Hits or Core Max. Some of them are no equipment and some are not.

I wouldn't worry about working out while on vacation You gonna do lots of walking, unless you plan on staying in a Hotel room the entire time:p How long are you staying? Enjoy your vacation in Europe. I am to Germany this June.

To add to the list: Cardio Core Circuit and the HIIT Pyramid always go with me for no equipment cardio. Crossfire (need a firewalker band) is one I use - like a pp, I use water bottles for weights and I also always bring Slide-n-Glide so I have the sliding discs with me. If you did not want to pack the discs, just bring paper plates and use those. Also, if you have them, the floor and/or barre portions of some of her leg workouts (Lower Body Blast, B&G, the new Legs) do not use equipment. The bonus core sections from Xtrain, To The Max and Crossfire. Just some ideas . . .

I use travel fit and I like it. I'm too lazy to bring my sneakers usually and I just do it barefoot. Then all I need is a resistance band. I think Turbo Barre would work too. You could also use some of the Bodyrock.tv workouts. Many of them just use bodyweight and they are very challenging.

Good suggestions here!

I always run when I'm traveling. Sometimes I'll run outside depending on where I am. (The Vegas strip at 6am is a fun one. You see partiers still straggling home as you run!) If there's a green area with pathways near your hotel, that's good too. If nothing else, the treadmill in the hotel gym works.

As for "not worrying about working out" while on vacation. I consider running and working out fun. It's not a chore, so there is no dread involved for me. It's part of the joy to be able to run in new and different places when I travel.

If there is a hotel gym, you can always do PUB from memory using free weights. I once saw a guy doing Ab Ripper X from memory in a gym. I take ARX with me sometimes and do it in the hotel room. Another DVD that works good for travel is Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. There is no equipment needed for this one.

I am pretty sure that CCC (cardio core circuit) only requires a mat. Its one of the toughest workouts I've ever encountered. There is jumping.

Great ideas continuing to pour in. Yes, running would be absolutely the easiest but my knees have tried running and cannot do it, unfortunately. We are thinking of renting some bicycles while there. (Netherlands ) thanks again everyone. I knew there'd be a lot of help here.
