I've been experimenting with the xtrain workouts and just finished a 2 week program that does every bit of footage using one disc per day (except Ride which I did not buy.) I work out 5 days and intersperse 2 rest days per week. This worked out really well for me and I really enjoyed it so I wanted to share it. Its not a kick butt program, just a way to do everything in 2 weeks to do every bit of footage. The only thing repeated is doing Core #1 and 2 twice each. The only thing I might change is the last 2 days. Move rear delts off of legs and tack it on to burn sets bis/tris to even out the times a bit. But I like working off of just one disc per day.
