Strength training set w/lots of premixes!

I think it's safe to say Cathe makes THE BEST strength training workouts . Since her latest workouts are cardio (and I think she mentioned wanting to film again ), why not make a latest set w/just strength training? Please consider the following:

1) We love premixes! With busy lifestyles and family/career demands, a lot of us do not always have 60 min+ to dedicate. This will allow us to still get in our "short, sweet & effective" quick fixes. A savior for busy mom's w/small children and babies!

2) Options for split workouts; Upper body only, legs only, core only, total body, back & bi's, shoulders/chest/tri's. So many possibilities here!

3) We love our stability ball, tubing, discs, firewalkers and barre! All low impact, all strength, all very effective!

4) Endurance, moderate weights, heavy weights. We love variety!

5) Information section at the bottom of the screen w/countdown timer, 1RM %, exercises, ect.

This does resemble STS in certain ways, except with a bit more flexibility, less "structured", and of course not a 36 disc set :D.

Thoughts/opinions/feedback please! Would anyone be interested in a set like this?

I would be! I know Cathe mentioned that she's more into "functional" weight training now, & she keeps up with the industry, so anything she would produce would be fresh, new, & fun.

I would buy it!

I would defiitely go for something like this! I love STS, but the time commitment is where I sometimes run into problems. I love the flexibility of premixes - so many options!

An "STS 2" (with timesaver premixes) would be FANTASTIC!! :D

More strength training, please

I like the strength training with lots of premixes. I would also like to see a unique, killer ab workout and yoga.
My favorite so far is the barre - anything along those lines would be wonderful!!

I also hope Cathe's next endeavor is like a Muscle Max, High Reps, Slow and Heavy set of weight lifting workouts with premixes. I really love the Low Impact Series and I know I'll enjoy the two new ones coming out, but I also look to Cathe for strength training. No one does it better!
