    Another vote for a combined combos DVD. RS, SB, AS, SM, LIS LIC, 4DS HIS and LIS are the only ones I can think of that aren't already on a compilation. I love the combined combo bonus from BM2. No break down makes me focus and have fun. That bonus is brilliant!

    Right on! HiiT doesn't have premixes so downloads are the way go. Now the other 2 have loads of premixes and bonuses so DVD is (IMHO) the best way to go. You are going to love your new workouts. I agree with the no dread factor. Cathe makes fun workouts.
