Hi! I am considering getting these workouts to add to my cardio. I have a few questions. To give me an idea of intensity, can anyone who has done both compare them to Shaun T's Insanity month 2 workouts? Or Tony Hortons PlyoX and X2 Plyocide (I do these last two holding a set of 8 lb Dumbbells for 80% of the workout to increase the intensity) . I'm looking for similar intensity, perhaps even more, but with more variety (it looks like Cathe keeps it very interesting from the clips). My nest question is on the step. I don't want complex dance type choreography. I have 2 left feet and prefer to focus more on working really hard than on complicated dancey moves if that makes sense? More of a plyometrics focus I guess. I am new to Cathe, just got XTrain, and am looking forward to adding more of her routines to my fitness library. Thank you so much (-:
