    Cathe why no pushups in Meso 2 & 3?

    YEAH!!! I have 4 workouts left in Meso 1 and am doing the happy dance that I will be free from pushups for awhile! even when I do them on my knees, they are not very friendly on the kneecaps, so I do them against the wall, and probably do not feel them where I should be... I'm not complaining...
