Meso 1 Results (3.5 month rotation)

So here are my Meso 1 results: (I posted this on a check in too, but thought I'd post in a more general forum too)

Weight - down 2 pounds, but if this had been Thursday it would have been down 5 pounds. I've been following the WW program, religiously, so I feel like the 5 pound lost is more appropriate than the 2, and that part is a bit frustrating.

Waist: down 1 inch
Belly: down .5 inch
Hips: down .5 inch
chest: down .5 inch
Thighs: down .25 inches each
Bicep: Up .25 inches each

Overall, I'm feeling good about my progress, and am very curious what Meso 2 will bring.
 
Congratulations on your weight & inch loss! I'm also doing WW with STS, so I'm hoping I'll have similar results by the time I'm finished with Mesocycle 1. Look foward to reading about your progress at the end of Meso 2 & 3. :)

So many people are reporting in with inches/weight loss just on Meso 1, and also more definition. I'm kinda surprised so many great results (small and big) are coming so soon... while some that were doing CLX haven't seen many changes. hmm...I think I will be buying Meso 1 soon.

Good for you Dela!!!

I have not yet completed meso 1 as I started on 2/2 and did the first two weeks, then started over with Cathe on 2/16.. so I have done 1 month of STS so far... Here are my results!

Since 2/1/09 ~ taken on 3/1/09
Weight: down 2#'s to 175 YEAH! (it was even 174.6 yesterday morning)
Neck: down .25" (getting rid of that slight double chin I had going on!)
bicep: down .5"
chest: down 1.5"
waist: down 1.25"
hips: down 1.75"
thigh: same but more muscle definition and less fat!
calf: down .5"

I'm sorta half heartedly doing WW also, but that's another story... I to tend to weigh myself every morning, and I can see that the numbers are slowly going down, just wish it was faster! My next update will be on 4/1 and I should be in the first week of Meso 2 at this rate, so I am excited to see how this month will go!

Meso 1 Results!

Hi Dela!

First of all congrats to you on your progress. Way to go! My results are:

Down 1/2" in each upper thigh
Down 1" on hips (this never happens to me!)
Down 1/2" in chest
Gained 1" in biceps (Yay!)
Nothing in waist (not yet anyway)

I don't weigh myself except for being weighed in the dr's office.

I'm using all the recipes in Muscle Chow cookbook. For Meso 2 (which I'll be starting on Saturday) I'll be using all recipes from the Ripped Phase. Its a great book. I highly recommend it.

As if I need another cookbook, but can you give us details about Muscle Chow? Where can we find it and who is it by?

The Muscle Chow cookbook is from Gregg Avedon. He writes a column in Men Health mag. He's also a sports pt & a model. He's gorgeous! He has everything you need to know from pre-post workout meals, protein shakes, etc. All the recipes emphasis less sodium. Its the best cookbook I've found on the market that targets meals for athletes. I bought it at Amazon.
