My kids are 9, 8, 6, and 3. We use a mix up of programs. Horizons for math, Road and Staff for English and spelling and phonics for my 8 year old, BJU for reading, Apologia for science and SOTW for history. My oldest also has a writing program but that's really falling thru the cracks right...

My kids are homeschooled now, but when they attended a public school here in Michigan they celebrated Halloween by changing into their costumes for the 2nd part of the day and then parading around for the rest of the school/parents to see. Then each class had their own party.
Between Xtrain and LIS, Id pick Xtrain every time. The only workout from LIS I've done more than twice is Afterburn, I'm just not a fan of those workouts. On the other hand, I love the Xtrain series. The workouts are more fun, and I love to lift heavy weights. I'm not saying LIS is not tough...
No, I usually wash my hair about every other day and I don't seem to have a problem. I just make sure to use enough to really coat my hair, and add just a bit water, then rub it in really well. I leave it in while I shave, ect, then rinse well.
