    Disc 13 Video

    The excercise video for excercises 618 and 620 on Disc 13 in the Workout Manager show the same exact excercise. It appears that the one for 620 is correct but the 618 description says seated lateral raise both arms but is showing the standing lateral raise one arm. Can you guys fix this? Thanks

    Cardio machine recommendation

    Elliptical The Elliptical Machine is supposed to be one of the best machines for burning calories with the least amount of impact to ligaments and joints. I really love the elliptical because it does not feel as hard as other machines such as the stair master but it gives a really great workout.

    Tower Issue

    Interesting Interesting....both my posts have 2 holes at the top and bottom and I had no trouble getting it together. Not sure where the problem is. I agree that maybe you should pull it back apart and see if you have put it together incorrectly.
