Wanted to share this site I stumbled upon last week on You Tube. I was looking for HIIT Workouts that I could do at home. Her name is Zuzanna Light and her workouts are intense and innovative and are based on HIIT (High Intensity Cardio Training). Most of them are 20 minutes or under and they are free using very little equipment. She tries to post a new workout everyday. I am addicted to her site.

Oh, yes! I've done a few of her workouts and THEY ROCK!!! Denise intro'd me to it (neicebug, I believe is her screen name here) and I've been hooked since!

BodyRock.tv ROCKS!!! Like Gayle, I first heard about it from Denise. The workouts are tough, under an hour, can be done in a small space, and require very little equipment. They are AWESOME workouts!
 
Cool website!! I just started doing 20 minute HIIT workouts with Barry' Bootcamp series. His first disc is a killer!!

These look like great workouts and perfect for when you are traveling. Thanks for posting about it:)
 
I konw this site and I'm agree, it's rocks. I'm didn't register yet becouse I don't know how to use it. all this workout are not on dvd and I' don't have any ipod or pc at home. How do you do this workout at home?

The site is great, but I also wanted to know how others are doing these at home? I guess if you have a laptop hooked up to your exercise area you could do them, but if not, :confused:

Deb, her videos are demos to show form and not for following along. There's always a full written description of each workout that you can print off or copy. It takes some getting used to but I've come to enjoy working out without a DVD. I just put on some good music and get down to business! Actually, I bought all of the Cardio Coach instrumentals and they work well with her workouts.
 
I use her workouts, too! Sometimes it feels like I am watching soft porn, though. Her breathing is hilarious! LOL!!

I just got my Gymboss Timer (Pink of course) and it is a great little gadget. I really want to move my workouts to more shorter effective workouts so I can get in and get them done with. I have been reading alot about Tabata and HIIT and really feel it is the way to go. I did order the new Shock Cardio from Cathe which has some HIIT workouts and I am looking forward to them. I also have a spin bike and elliptical machine that I want to try some HIIT workouts on as well to mix things up.

To answer the question about doing her workouts, I do have my laptop right in my workout area but she also has some kind of free softeware associated with the i-phone where you can download her workouts and play them from your tv. I would suspect it is similar to how the new Cathe downloads work.

I just got my Gymboss Timer (Pink of course) and it is a great little gadget.

Does the timer have a clip on the back? I didn't see it noted in the description but I saw Zuzanna had it clipped to her pants in one video. I would like that option especially if I'm running outside. Thanks!

Yes it does have a clip. It also has the option of a beep, vibrate or both in case you want to lay it down or in case you want to listen to your headset while you have it clipped on and just want to feel the vibrates on each round. The beep option can be set to low or loud.

It is a nice small little gadget and has a rubber type cover.
 
Has anyone done these workouts? I am so used to do doing long workouts with weights, it's hard to beleive that 20-40 minutes is all you need, but by looking at her it must be she looks amazing.
