I am with you. I stalk the site as well. I must admit I can not complete most of the workouts but I love to see what creative workout she will come up with next. A previous poster asked if 20-40 minutes a day is enough to get results and she swears that the only workouts she does everyday are the ones she posts on her site and no more than that. And if you look at the description Cathe posted on the new HIIT Workouts that are coming on Shock Cardio, her workouts follow along this same path...very short intense excercises followed by short rest periods for 20-30 minutes.
Although I think in her previous life she did work out alot longer to get into the shape she is in now. She has such a great story though and I think she is so strong and such a great inspiration.
