On Meso One I had alot of energy and my endurance for cardio I noticed improved greatly. I was doing 5 to 6 days of cardio every week. I'm on the 6 month STS rotation so I was of course on Meso one for 8 weeks. I'm now on my second week of Meso 2 and I feel really wiped after my weight workouts...

I still use Cathe oldies on VHS. Step Works, Step Jam, Powermax, Step Fit, Mega Step Blast, Step Max, Step Heat and all the Original Tae-bo advanced tapes. The rest of Cathe are DVDs I own. Thank goodness I have a VHS/DVD player. I didn't feel like putting the extra money out for Cathe's oldies...

When I bought this tape years ago I used to do it on 8 inch step. But now I only use the 6 inch step and still get a great workout, my knees cant take the 8 inch step like they used to. Its a oldie but a goodie!! Lori
