I just did The Gauntlet for the first time this morning - I burned 610 (I'm 5'3 about 125 lbs). It was a fun one! I actually thought it was going to be harder... but it didn't seem to have a dread factor. I loved the constant changing.

I'm really hoping this circuit training shocks my body a bit and helps me shed a few lbs! I'm trying to prepare my body for Insanity!
